Arriving 5 hours after check-in time, we found the rooms with a harbor view were perfectly clean and well-equipped, although not ready. The service was professional and welcoming, always willing to assist, and the welcome drink added a nice touch. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, including quality restaurants. The dining options were reasonable and close by. However, the facilities lacked some expected items, and the price could be better for the value offered.
The hotel offers spacious and well-fitted rooms with a large bathroom and balcony, making it incredibly comfortable for two adults and one child. The service provided by the friendly and kind staff in Gladstone CBD was great, with a welcome drink adding to the warm welcome. The location is excellent, central, and convenient for business and dining needs, although shopping options in Gladstone are limited. The dining venues nearby offer reasonably priced meals, and there are additional convenient facilities on-site.

My stay at Oaks was really pleasant. The room had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and a washer and dryer. It was clean with good airflow and light, although being on the bottom level meant no view or balcony. The service was a bit mixed but overall good and responsive, especially when I needed help. The location was convenient with lovely views and easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. As for dining, the options were decent, and the hotel facilities were well-kept.
